What is the earliest I can check-in?

Yes, standard check-in time is 2pm, please contact the motel directly to organise an early check-in time.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, please contact the motel directly if you would like to arrive at the motel after 8:30pm.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we provide parking for every room.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms are non-smoking.

If we are staying for more than one day will our room be serviced?  

We service our rooms daily at the Garden City Motor Inn, excluding Sundays.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, we provide complementary wireless access to all rooms.

How close are you to the shops?

5 minutes by car to either, Grand Central Shopping Centre with 170 shops including, Target, Coles, Myer and an Event Cinemas 8 Cinema Complex, or Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre, which includes Big W, Coles, Aldi and Woolworths.

How close are you to restaurants?

We are within 2-5 minutes by car from a number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Pizza Hut, Fasta Pasta, Nando's, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Dominos Pizza, Chinese, Indian, Thai and Mexican. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

Do you have Foxtel?

Our smart TVs all feature the Foxtel app so you can sign into your own personalised Foxtel account.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

How do I guarantee my booking?

Credit card details are required to secure a room booking or a $150 cash bond.
